Sales Executive - Odoo ERP

Overview
We are looking for high performing individual to join us as Sales Executive to support the growth of our Odoo ERP Solutions business. This role focuses on selling Odoo ERP solutions to SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large organizations, working closely with a Product Business Manager and technical consultants to close high-quality, value-driven sales deals.
The successful candidates will be responsible for building a sales pipeline, managing opportunities, and closing ERP sales deals, while ensuring strong customer relationships and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify and qualify new Odoo ERP opportunities
- Manage assigned sales opportunities from lead to closure
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Customer Engagement
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business processes
- Present Odoo solutions in collaboration with Functional Consultants
- Support product demos, presentations, and proposal discussions
- Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
Opportunity & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Follow up consistently on leads, proposals, and negotiations
- Support contract finalization and onboarding handover
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Product Business Manager on deal strategy
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Support teams
- Provide market and customer feedback to improve product positioning
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Quarterly Revenue achievement vs target
- Number and value of deals closed
- Sales Pipeline size and conversion rate
- Sales cycle length or duration
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in B2B solution sales, preferably ERP, software, or technology solutions
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience selling to SMEs or corporate clients
- Familiarity with consultative or technology sales is an advantage
Candidates with prior experience selling Odoo ERP or any other ERP solution are highly encouraged to apply.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills to demonstrate ERP solutions to customers
- Ability to understand and articulate customer business processes related to ERP solutions
- Negotiation and deal closing skills
- Comfortable working with minimum targets and performance metrics
- Posses’ excellent knowledge of CRM and reporting discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working with ERP
