The product includes: Security Risk Assessments, Network & Security Infrastructure Deployment, Managed Security Services (SOC & NOC), Cybersecurity Awareness & Training

360 Secure serves SMEs, enterprises, NGOs, and public institutions, providing standardized yet adaptable cybersecurity solutions.

2. About the Role

ICTPACK SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking a 360 Secure Product Delivery Lead to own the delivery and activation of the 360 Secure cybersecurity product.
This role is responsible for ensuring that cybersecurity services sold at ICTPACK are delivered exactly as agreed, implemented according to best-practice security standards, and transitioned smoothly into operational and managed services where applicable.
The role works closely with: Sales Executive – Cyber Security, Presales / Security Engineers, Network & Security Engineers, SOC / NOC teams
Customer stakeholders across public, private, and NGO sectors

3. Role Purpose

To ensure that all 360 Secure engagements progress seamlessly from sales confirmation to service delivery, while protecting scope, timelines, service quality, and customer confidence.

4. Key Responsibilities 

Sales-to-Delivery Handover & Alignment

  • Receive and review handover from the Sales Executive
  • Validate sold services including assessments, deployments, managed services, and training
  • Confirm scope, assumptions, timelines, and customer commitments
  • Participate in joint handover or clarification sessions when required
  • Ensure CRM-defined scope and delivery expectations are aligned before execution

Post-Sales Delivery Ownership

  • Take full ownership of 360 Secure delivery immediately after deal closure
  • Act as the single delivery point of accountability until service activation
  • Ensure delivery plans align with approved scope and commercial agreements
  • Protect delivery from scope creep and unapproved service expansion

 Security Assessment & Delivery Planning

  • Coordinate security risk assessments and discovery activities
  • Work with security engineers to translate findings into delivery actions
  • Align delivery plans with customer risk profile, industry, and regulatory context
  • Ensure assessment outcomes are accurately reflected in implementation scope

Implementation & Technical Coordination

  • Coordinate delivery activities across Network Engineers, Security Engineers, SOC / NOC teams
  • Ensure deployments follow approved designs, architectures, and standards
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks
  • Escalate delivery risks or deviations to the Product Delivery Manager

Customer Engagement & Assurance

  • Act as the primary delivery contact for the customer post-sale
  • Manage delivery communication with SME, enterprise, NGO, and public-sector stakeholders
  • Provide clear updates on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Obtain formal customer acceptance of delivered security services

Handover to Operations & Customer Support

  • Conduct  handover to SOC/NOC and Customer support teams
  • Ensure delivery documentation, runbooks, and configurations are complete
  • Confirm SLAs, escalation paths, and service reporting mechanisms
  • Support smooth transition into steady-state managed operations

Delivery Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Capture lessons learned from completed engagements
  • Work with Sales and Presales teams to improve deal quality and scoping
  • Contribute to delivery playbooks, templates, and service standardization
  • Reduce post-delivery escalations through stronger governance and alignment

5. Required Skills

  • Cybersecurity service delivery and coordination skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Presales, and Technical teams
  • Understanding of cybersecurity services, assessments, and managed security models
  • Solid planning, risk management, and documentation skills
  • Ability to balance commercial commitments with delivery and security realities

 

6. Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or security service delivery
  • Proven experience delivering security assessments, deployments, or managed security services
  • Experience working with SOC/NOC operations is a strong advantage
  • Experience delivering services to SMEs, enterprises, NGOs, or public institutions
  • Experience working closely with sales teams on post-sale execution

 

7. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Security certifications are an advantage (CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+)
  • ITIL or service delivery certifications are an added advantage
